Prerequisite: Enrollment completed to prescribe XYWAV® or XYREM® (https://www.xywavxyremrems.com/)
Once you are done with enrollment, you will complete initial onboarding, which includes the creation of a login username and password for e-prescribing.
1. To begin registration, go to https://www.xywavxyremrems.com/
2. Select Prescribe XYWAV and XYREM radio button.
3. Select ePrescribe Now.
4. Open the login screen. Select Register Now to sign up for the first time.
6. Review all information on screen. Select Get started to begin.
7. Enter the following details on the online form:
- Email and password. You will use this to login to prescribe in the future, through the login screen shown above.
- Provider name
- NPI number
- Prescriber (practice) locations. If you will be prescribing from multiple locations, it is recommended that you register all locations at once on this step. To add more than two locations, select Add Another Location.
8. When you are done filling out the online form, click Initiate Onboarding. This will generate an email with a link and unique invitation ID to continue the process.
