Reminders:
- Though any email address can be used to Sign Up, please use the same email address that you used to sign up for electronic prescribing of controlled substances (EPCS) so that Support agents may verify your identity.
- You are also able to select your own password when you Sign Up.
If you forgot your password:
- Click Sign In (top right corner)
- Select Forgot Password link
- Enter the email address that you used to Sign Up and select Submit. Note: If you did not yet Sign Up you will not receive an email to reset your password.
- In the email, click the link to reset your password. Note: Check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see an email but signed up.
